Arts4wellbeing is based in Ceredigion, Wales. We are an innovative training organisation harnessing creativity to support good mental health, wellbeing, hope and happiness, improving lives and supporting communities.

Bespoke Training
A4W Specialise in co-creating bespoke training and community event packages to suit a wide range of organisations, staff teams, individual personnel and community requirements.
We work in a holistic, sensory, immersive manner. Creating safe learning environments for each participant to gain as much as possible through a participant centered approach.
Both facilitators strive to create that unique balance where each and every individual in the group feels they are both the learner and the teacher within the same moment. Everyone contributing their knowledge, their understanding and their skills for the benefit of the collective as a whole. A context and genuine asset based approach.
All our community training and development is facilitated to help change the prevailing discourse;
from, apathy, fear and confusion
to understanding and possibilities through opportunity.
